Bakehouse Studios is a spacious, 6,756-square-foot, two-story facility with four fully equipped studios tailored for diverse music, film and television audio projects. Studio A
Our larger studio space stands as a testament to the true essence of versatility and quality in music production. It features a generously sized live room that sets the stage for grand sonic expression. In addition, we offer four isolated rooms ideal for vocal recording and instrument isolation, ensuring that every artist's unique needs are met with precision and excellence. This studio space is a haven for creativity, where artists can unlock their full potential and bring their musical visions to life in an environment designed for excellence, versatility and quality.
Studio B
Studio B is suited for mixing, video post, voice over work, sound design, ADR, Dialogue editing and music production. It is equipped with an SSL console and custom Augsberger monitors. Studio B also has it’s own dedicated isolation booth for vocals or smaller acoustic instruments.
Studio C
A duplicate of Rob Pottorf's renowned studio in Kentucky, Studio C boasts a seamless workflow with its advanced setups in both Cubase and Pro Tools. The studio is equipped with five screens, including a state-of-the-art Slate Audio Raven touchscreen, providing an intuitive interface that enhances the creative process. This setup allows for an immersive experience where musicians and engineers can focus on intricate details, whether they’re composing original film scores or engaging in detailed audio editing.

Studio D at Bakehouse Studios in Virginia Beach is a dedicated songwriter's suite designed to inspire creativity and streamline the songwriting process. At the heart of this studio is the impressive Neve 8424 24-channel analog recording and mixing console, renowned for its rich sound quality and vintage warmth. Complemented by Logic Pro X and Pro Tools, the studio offers a robust platform for artists to bring their ideas to life.
